Horrible experience. Am there regular customer and they dont know how to keep the customer happy. I did all service except one and I lost the reciept ..they said they cant do because I lost the reciept. Especially the sisters are just horrible lot of attitude. No manners at all. They even burned my frends while waxing

Amateur is the right word. The owner and staff are very pleasant and hard working but do they really know what they are doing is the question.
My colleague went in with hair that sported two shades which looked good but she was not happy with it. She wanted it back to her natural colour that was not black and definitely not red.
What a scream, she popped out after a few hours to grab a bite and we were shocked and did not want to scare her off. Her hair looked burnt by chemicals and had a hue of yellow and red. She went back to get it rectified but returned as a red head. Totally ruined as noted the next day when the sun shone on her hair. She has since been to an adjacent salon to have treatment until she can colour it again to a more natural colour.

It’s a small salon with extremely nice and professional ladies, I have low tolerance for pain and they help me out with it,
