This is the first time I have been in this particular store ..I bought some 18 mm ply and got it cut by a couple of the guys there. They were very professional.pleasant and knowledgeable. Their names were Henry and James. The whole staff today were really nice to deal.with. it's a very friendly store which is a refreshing change I would definitely go to this store qgain, and not just for the friendly team but for the variety of goods too

Very professional and helpful staff let down by management I feel. Went to pick up a click and collect order and then purchase something else whilst in store.

The queue was ridiculous, 2 members of staff on duty to cover. 1 on the tills and 1 floating between click and collect and self-service. At one point 20 people waiting only 1 till.

Unhelpful and lazy staff by the paint section. They were more interested in chatting amongst themselves and when they finally decided to serve me it was obvious that it was an annoyance to interrupt their conversation. The 2 stars are for the range in store and easy access off the M5. Do better B&Q, there is lots of competition that provides much better customer service!

Good for many things apart from a garden pool :) They've had just the one for the kids very small ones !

Would be 5stars but the click and collect service has a little improvement to get sorted , we got the email to say it was ready to collect we arrived 20mins past time specified and it hadn't been picked so time wasted .
Store and staff however were polite and friendly , big store but not enough staff to run it in my opinion and certainly puts some people off , lots of various types of products and a absolutely amazing fresh cooked food wagon in the carpark a definite must visit wether going to b&q or not ????????

I purchased my flowers for my tubs £55 a lot of the flowers were dying and needed watering desperately. Three days after purchasing several of them are dying flopping over and generally looking sick. It seems the care afforded to the flowers are sadly lacking.

Friendly staff with great communication and assistance skills. Store has a very welcoming atmosphere and the Lay out is great. Always stocked up with what i need defo worth the 5***** rating.

Vast store. Good selection. Trade area and large garden centre. Open late and has good parking. Easy access to M5 and Exeter.
