Fake/uninformed reviews. The apartment looks nice on the outside but once you stay in you will know the finishing and how horrible it is. Parking is designed for bicycles (i dont understand how in 2022 a building will come up with such a design). AC is sized wrong and you cant even make tea in the kitchen as it is unbelievably hot. No ventilation in corridors whatsoever.

Unfortunatly i was excited at first but now im counting the days to leave.

One of the worst decisions I’ve ever made in my life
My estimate losses around 6000 dhs
When I first moved to this apartment the water pipe in the bathroom broke after midnight and the whole house flooded and some of the furniture got ruined
My bikes were stolen from the parking “there was a specific area for the bikes to park” they have security cameras everywhere and they have security in the lobby but for no benefit , when we went to the main office they told us you have nothing with us and its your responsibility
So they have the cameras and security for show only
If you don’t want to waste your money don’t ever think of living in this building

Am surprised of the others reviews, for me it’s one of worst buildings, Am suffering from the A/C specially in kitchen and corridor due to the size of machine it seems not enough for that space and sometimes bad smells coming through it, and water pressure is low in toilets and they can’t increase because they have issues in piping, plus they don’t have service lift and their lifts are small most of my furniture we did shift it through the staircase

Kindly note that am talking about the 2 bedrooms apartment don’t know about the others
