Great selection of cakes available and they're very affordable. Tried the ice cream too and it was pretty good. Will visit again!

Highly recommend for custom cakes. I showed them a picture and they made the cake exactly like it. Prices are reasonable. Do give them a try. They have a variety of cake slices to try at the shop. Very friendly staff. They also have pre made cakes which they sell for very affordable prices. You can also find gelato, chocolates and candles there. Support small local businesses ????

The cake was very dry and taste like it was baked 1 month ago. And im sure 100% its not a fresh cake.
Last time buying from Charlotte.
thankyou for the bad reviews i even heard from the kids that cake isn’t good.
Also, the staff are very bad in communicating with old costumes
