The best company???? very friendly , and helpful , we only had our log burner fitted in Oct 2022
And have had a few deliveries from these guys perfect ???? ... I buy by the truck , had a delivery today and as always but the kindling x 10 and the fire lighters ???????????? if you have a burner I highly recommend these guys ❤️

Absolute first class. Professional, friendly and a quality product. I wouldn’t get my wood from anywhere else. Delivery is always on time and with a ‘can do’ attitude to any requirements you might have. A lot of businesses could learn a lot from them.

I purchased 10x nets of hardwood logs at £6 each earlier this year.

Drive in, get your logs, kindling, firelighters etc, and drive out again. No fuss!

I'll be using them again when autumn comes around.

We have been using Delamere Logs for about 4 years, entirely satisfactorily. The setup is very professional, delivery spot-on in every respect. Altogether a great firm to deal with.

Brilliant as always.

Ordered on Tuesday and they were delivered on time this morning as agreed.

Very friendly driver and service all round.

I have to say that I am very impressed with new log cutter that they seem to have this year. The square cut logs are easy to handle and stack and will fit our small inset Contura 4 log burner just perfectly.

By using these logs to heat our bungalow over last winter, we managed to only need the central heating on for an hour a day first thing in the morning and we look forward to doing the same next winter.

The website is easy to use and order from. Delivery is free within a certain catchment and payable beyond, but this is clear within the website. We have always found the team to accommodate days or times as much as possible. We have had one issue, possibly related to new cutting machinery, but this was rectified the same day at no extra cost. This family business is wholly trustworthy, supportive and efficient. They are as environmentally friendly as is possible. We have been using the business for 6 years and have no reason to move.

Following disappointments from other suppliers with logs of poor quality, I would like to say how pleased we are with the the service and standards of Delamere Logs. Very friendly staff and good well seasoned logs.
