The worst.. worst.... worst cargo company. is there any option to remove the one star?

5 months now my cargo is not delivered and simply keep blaming Indian customs. Really vey bad poor cheap service ever had.

Just dump your cargo to ocean, but never send cargo with this cheap company.

I send ship cargo on January 2023 and till date June 10/2023 the shipment is not received.
No one is answering the call and not responding the mail.
Don’t choose these type of non professional couriers in your life.

Respected company officials should be liable to notices further information.
Because it's been almost more than one year since I sent it from Dubai to India.
If your company is genuine, let us know about its insurance claim.
Top management please keep in mind that, you need to protect the honest rights of consumers.

DO NOT TRUST DR CARGO! I sent my parcel two months ago and it still has not been delivered in India. Basher answers the call and says that the parcel is in clearance at the Mumbai Airport, how is the parcel in clearance for the past two months?? The company does not care about your package once you've paid them, it seems like whatever happens after the payment is not their responsibility and they cannot do anything about it. Shut down and do something else if you cannot do this well! Don't cheat people!

Where is my shipment? I have informed it many times but I have not yet received a clear answer from your management side.
Whenever asked Shipman Problem Problem, Are you the right legal company or any fraudulent company?
Have you ever wondered what will happen food products after seven, eight, months???

At least please tell how do we claim its insurance. please please...

Thanks a lot for your great service and response, quick packing and online generation of invoice with best possible rate, the best part is the speedy and express delivery of my household stuff from Sharjah to Hyderabad, door to door within 25 days by sea cargo, awesome and satisfying experience, well worth it and good job guys, congratulations.

Worst experience for me. I have sent my cargo on November. They have guaranteed me thrice that they will deliver the items with 25 working days. This is 38th day and still there is no clear information available about my cargo. DR Courier is not at all able to give me an exact date of delivery. Also their customer service is not even having knowledge about the things going around. They are not able to give immediate information.
So I strongly recommend others not to go forward with DR Courier as they are providing one of the worst service in UAE.

Worst experience for me. I have sent my cargo on November 29th 2020. They have guaranteed me thrice that they will deliver the items with 30?to 45 days. This is 90th day and still there is no clear information available about my cargo. DR Courier is not at all able to give me an exact date of delivery. Also their customer service is not even having knowledge about the things going around. They are not able to give immediate information.
