Amazing cinema with a great IMAX screen. Rarely gets crowded and you can always book your preferred seats without any problem.

VIP seating is just so good service right to your seat which declines so you are almost laying down. The movie was so amazing I love Tom Cruise. We were late so we got the last seats which were ok but not the middle ones where you see much better.

Had a really good movie experience watching the flash on IMAX at cinemacity.
The location is away from the main city but the good thing is that it is not very crowded. And plus the cinema itself was very well maintained and was clean. The IMAX screen and the sound was top class.
Staff were friendly. There is 20% discount on Fazza cards so 1 ticket costed for 36dhs which is an excellent price for the experience. There are discounts on Esaad cards aswell. There is a very nice waiting area with many seats and tables.
Food selection was good we had large popcorn (mixed) and large drink which was for 40/- I have also attached the latest updated menu. There is enough mall parking so it will not be an issue. There is mainly only Starbucks in the mall of you want to have a coffee or snacks before the movie.

One of the Best IMAX and compare to the other the rates are cheap. Less crowded also.

Had issues booking on the website. But the manager Paul, and the ticket attendants rose and jamila, we're very helpful and we're very courteous. One of the best theaters in the sharjah.

Watched Oppenheimer on IMAX and it was an amazing experience. Chairs are comfortable. The sound was incredible. Absolutely gonna repeat that experience in Cinemacity

Extremely horrible service. One man at the ticket purchase area kept looking at me waiting in line for over 10 mins without calling me even though he was free. And the second man who actually called me told me that registration for isaad card discount takes 8 minutes (even though they are two separate things) and then he informed me that it will be discounted once we fill the form and we told him okay set up the discount as we fill the form and he said okay twice (clearly not paying attention) and pretended he did not hear and took the same price (400 dhs for 4 people) and when I confronted him he was very disrespectful and loud along making a scene infront of the people with unprofessional tone and did not provide discount or any compensation. And then afterwards they gave me the discount card and when I was paying for the food I told the man I wanted isaad discount and he said no discount you need 1500 points for any discount. So the isaad discount was clearly dishonest and used to trick the customer into registering. Horrible experience and extremely offensive to treat regular customers like that. Makes me never want to visit or bring my family here ever again. On a side note I ordered corn and they drowned it in butter till the end of the cup (they do not care about customers wellbeing too so add that to the list) basically the whole experience was horrible
