I visited bank for the letter that I have demanded and the staff are just on the phone call when they see me at the lobby they dont even bother to ask for my query. They even shut the door. It was open a while ago and i heard them they’re just on their phones. Almost 30 mins here no one has approached!

Sharjha branch receptionist have no kindness to people. Very anger women to expats. I think she is a new joiner kindly give a class for new joiners especially who is working as first contact towards customer and bank.

Worst bank ever seen in UAE .. it's been 30 min I am on Quee to pay my credit card bill. Why can't you install one CDM in City center or any other malls in Sharjah ????? ..

I went to the reviews to write my comment and I was not surprised to see sooooo many bad reviews about this awful branch. The customer service lady "Fatima Ali " is unprofessional and does not know anything about decency or common sense. I visited this branch mainly as it's near to my home. I will cloe my account in this awful bank as they do not know how to treat their customers and they are not professional.

The worst banK in UAE if not the world.
I opened the bank account clearly it stated zero balance account and later within 8months they changed the terms to 3000min balance and later to 5000
Gonna cancel my card asap.

It took me 2 hour in line to deposit my payment

All ATM was out of service, what a bad service , there is no option to pay for the credit card balance other then go to dubai
