Ordered mocha Frappuccino.. and I received cappuccino. When I asked to change the order, he said we don't have Frappuccino. Very bad customer service.

The barista there is really nice. They usually have everything even though its a smaller shop. However they close really early once they're sold out or at 5pm i guess.
