Not good at all. Just can't get a Doctors appointment. Got my phone on auto-redial. Started calling at 8:29am... 18mins and 146 redials later I get a message that all appointments are gone and Doctors are at full capacity. Absolutely disgraceful. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Can't even describe how bad this practice is..never in my life have I had so much trouble trying to appointment .. trying to just get through on the phone is a headache to then be told they are full..call back tomorrow at 8:30.. been trying for 3 days now and still nothing

Managed to get in the day we booked. There is a bit of a long wait to get the medication you (or a friend/relative) need. It wasn't that crowded which is good when there is a very bad cold going around. More or less, it was an okay experience and was quite good service!

With out a doubt the the worst practice in coatbridge can only make an appointment over the phone and can't get through never heard the likes of it reception doing nothing at the desk but telling you to call and just keep trying Their system is a disgrace I'm so angry waverly are far far superior .

I can't reach the line for appointments. I call when they have open the lines for appointments and every single minute is busy. Every answer that I get is that I am not the only person that is trying to phone but still...I phoned for 3 different persons and every single time I went to emergency where they said to reach my GP for a regular prescription. The worse medical practice ever.

Barbaric service on hold for 1 hour to be met with the most disgraceful bad manner to be told i wasn't speaking loud enough to then be told stop shouting!
Receptionist feels its appropriate to offload her personal stresses within her job which is not appropriate my reply to this was " you picked the job & am trying to get a important cancer screening appointment " to be then told she was ending the call !.... i had to go up in person & be so upset by whole ordeal i was then told phone in 2 weeks time as no appointments available for cervical screening which is fine but if everyone is met with this horrendous barbaric manner it might stop people getting very important appointments am taking this matter the the spso as i feel no one else should be handled in this manner shameful.

Spent way over an hour to try and get through to the queue system only to keep getting cut off. When I finally made it through to the queue, I wait over 30 mins only to finally get an answer and hung up on. Absolutely disgraceful service. I have a really bad chest infection and badly in need of antibiotics as I am still within my probabtion period at work and can't afford to take any time off. Feel utterly let down.

I have been trying constantly to get through for 3 weeks now with out any success. I am at my wits end , as this is shocking, now the message on the phone is because of a GP shortage it is only medical emergencies they are taking. I really now need to see a Doctor face to face no telephone consultation
