There henna service is poor and over expensive. Other staff were fighting which made the experience even worse.

I would put less than a star if I could.

I have been a very loyal client to this saloon for the past 5 years, I have almost dealt with every single esthetician from waxing, nail car, eyebrows maintenance , to hair care.

Until a few days ago I went to Rabab to get long layers, a simple haircut that any professional SHOULD master. My hair, was long thick and healthy and covered my back in length, I worked for years on it, only for her to completely ruin it (see attached photo) and not even acknowledging her mistake or apologizing after confronting her. now my hair doesn’t even cover my chest and around 2-3 years of length are gone. Completely.

I will never forgive Rabab for ruining my hair, a piece of my identity and I hope she never touches a scissor again or another client’s head.

Good salon iv been going for years but not for everything be selective with what service you do and who does it for you . Pay attention to whom does the service I’m speaking about shargan branch . Every one is super friendly and lovely . Choose Jovy for nails everything from regular mani pedi to acrylic nail extension. Choose Zahra for all hair work from protein to cutting to hair styles. Shooby is good at waxing . The other girls left but so far that’s the advice I can give . Over all good salon and affordable if you like to go to the salon very often like me

No covid protocol maintained! I went there first time after pandemic and nobody is wearing mask! The saloons services are good but everyone is without mask. When i asked the pedicure lady to put on her mask as i am not comfortable she told me i have asthma problem so i asked her to change with someone else. Then she wore the mask and sat while doing my pedicure. The lady who cuts hair wasnt wearing a mask even on her neck. If you dont feel safe about this and want to protect urself from corona i would not suggest this place as of now. It caused me alot of stress to keep asking the ladies to please put your mask up!

I Never went there, NEVER BEEN TO SHARJAH, BUT THEY KEEP SENDING 1000 SMSs.. they are unbelievably RUDE annoying and SPAMMING PEOPLE

Very big salon and quick and personalized services given by staff. Very Good rates and all work done on time. Parking is an issue. However can park in matajer parking.

I was a very nervous patient, but not anymore! Derek, Lou and Ellie are all very professional and process excellent interpersonal skills that immediately put me at ease. I hated my teeth for many years and avoided the dentist. Eventually, I plucked up courage to visit 1st Impressions and I am so glad I did. Derek listened to my concerns, and with patience and understanding gave sound advise. He implemented a treatment plan that I have now completed, I can honestly say that finally, I have a smile, I can be proud of! Thank you 1st Impressions

I cant thank you guys enough!! I was having pain in my tooth for over 2 months, unfortunatly my dentist kept rescheduling my appointment. (nhs). I decided to go through private, and my god it was the best thing i have done. Derek was amazing!! After less than 30 minutes my pain was gone!!! Thank you so so much.

The best dentist I've ever been to. Very patient and professional. I have just had a tooth extracted. Derek put me at ease straight away, thoroughly professional, explained every procedure. Really fantastic service. The responds times are super fast. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will recommend Derek to my family.

Wow what can I say ! After been terrified of the dentist for many many years , Derek and his staff are outstanding . Such a welcoming dentist practice and very reassuring . Had injections and an amazing clean of my teeth today , felt very anxious but was totally calmed by all . Would I recommend this practice? You bet I would . Thanks a million . Amanda V

Cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional, friendly, non-judgemental and patient. First time having major work and although some of it was a bit tricky, they kept me at ease all the way through, including around my needle phobia and poor gag reflex!
Huge thanks to Derek and the team.

Derek is a very professional dentist. He addresses all his patients concerns. He is skilled in managing dental pain and needle phobia. He explains every and each step in honest and simplified way. He was able to treat my young daughter tooth. He made her love to go to his clinic. We have dental plan with his surgery. Highly recommended
