My wife booked one of your wheelchair accessible taxis to take her and her mother to Skegness hospital, the taxi turned up and the driver seemed very friendly from the start but had a issue getting the wheelchair in the taxi, but this taxi wasn’t specifically made for wheelchairs as stated my wife applied the brakes but the driver never strapped the wheelchair to the floor so when the driver pulled out of the street and turned right it tipped the wheelchair backwards so much that my mother-in-law banged her head against the side of the taxi, my wife tried to stop this happening and hurt her back in the meantime. The driver didn’t even stop to see if they where alright and carried on driving, every time the taxi went around a corner the wheelchair tipped and my wife had to try and stop it tipping up again.
On arriving at the destination my wife asked what to do about a return taxi and the driver told her to phone when when she wanted picking up, she phoned up Ambassador for a taxi the guy on the phone asked where they was going but he said they wasn’t going to send one as the driver complained about then and refused to pick my wife and her disabled mother up.
I find this completely disgusting and have no compassion and care for the welfare of an 83 year old pensioner and her daughter who was left with the problem of finding another way of getting home and they won’t be using you again. It states on your website that taxis are wheelchair accessible. We won’t be using your taxi’s again as your safety of you passengers are not your priority.

Not wheelchair friendly if your disabled and plan on using this taxi firm for your wheelchair I suggest you use another taxi firm my mother and sister were treated in a dreadful manner I do not recommend this taxi company.

I very rarely say this with Taxi companies, but this one was actualy good. The one I called for 9:30 actualy arrived a few minutes earlier. Plus, when I ordered one later in the day, it only took 10 minutes fir it to be at my location. Both drives were friendly and professional.
Thoroughly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again if I am in the local area ????????

Brilliant driver's especially Woody !!!
And the lady who picked me up today was a real legend!!!! she knows her back roads like the back of her hand, and she can multi task the arse out of her shift !!! LOL that means (driving, booking new jobs , arranging driver jobs, paperwork) and GUESS WAT SHE WAS STILL SMILING ☺????. Thanks xxxxx

Booked a taxi for 10.45 to the train station. Didn't turn up. Tried calling several times, to no answer. Finally turned up at 11.08, stating that he was told 11.15. No apology, nothing. And of course we missed our train. Very unreliable.
