Worst experience ever. Ordered mutton biryani for 19 AED. Not a single piece was cooked everything was raw the masala was also not great. When I called to report this they are saying we cannot take it back as you have used this. If we don’t open and use to see whether the meat is cooked then how will we know ? What a useless question and reason is this ? Not a single piece of meat was cooked in the whole parcel. And very disappointed with the customer service personnel. Will never order or refer to anyone again.

One of the worst restaurant and one of the worst management in this area i have tried another hyderabadiz restaurant as well all are very well managed as per their taste and discipline these guys if u order veg they will send u non veg if u order chicken they will send u beef and if ask about their mistakes they are not going accept it instead of arguing and some time using acussing words with u so better save ur money and respect instead of ordering from these kind of restaurant. Thank you

Disrespectful behaviour towards customers. I placed an order which was accepted,after no of followups in an hours time then restraunts reply was to wait another half hour or cancel your order. Asif (staff in al nahda branch ) claiming owners brother and customers can do whatever they want if they cant wait.
A restraunt where custumer is treated so disrespectfully should be shut down asap.
A complaint will logged in consumer forum whoever felt the same, please let me know.

I visit often to the restaurant as iam hyderabadi and never tasted as delicious food as diamond palace and also had some good dessert after long time....well done guys keep up the good work ????????????????????

Had a chance to visit Restaurant few days back ordered Mutton Biryani was really impressed by food, Excellent Hyderabadi Food, Especially Mutton Biryani and Haleem are Best in UAE.
