This is really nice branch, easy to access, no parking issue, no big queues and staff is very helping and their follow up on things is amazing. very cooperative and helping

The guy who answered my call was not friendly and doesn't invite you to ask more questions. This is my opinion but my question was answered.

Muhammad abdelnaby is my hr at samateeba in umul all quwain Dubai, I give him money to apply visit visa for me,and he told me with the problems of Nigeria I need to deposits 1,000dirham for security which is the 1,000 is refundable once my statues change to employment visa or I wish to go back to Nigeria ,now I told abdelnaby that I'm going back to Nigeria that he should help me arranged my deposits money he said no problem once I'm out of Dubai his going to arranged the money and send it to me, so Mr Muhammad abdulfahim refund back my 1,000 dirham to my hr Muhammad abdelnaby and abdelnaby tell me that they have refund my money how his going yo send it to me ,and I send my account details to him since last month 15th up till now abdelnaby stealing the money he didn't send momey to me ,I'm calling him no pick not responded to my chart as well ,and that money is the only money I achieved in good nine months I spend in Dubai ,bcs all my salary I'm using it to renew my visit visa every three months ,that is him picture please be very careful with him

Worst service ever I got at al nahda branch at 4.15 pm on 26th june 2021. Staff there is a waste. I think from Africa. He doesn't want to work. Always a negative attitude. He doesn't describe things or doesn't want to explain things clearly.
And he is asking me if I know English.
How can a staff deal such badly with a customer.
Hope anyone take action against him.

Superb option for you to take visit visa's for family and relatives. Al Nadha - Very courteous staff., They are real taking care of customers
