I had a bad experience with the owner. even the Jetski paint scratches, he charged me 3000AED. this guys cheating the peoples in very clever. I suggest to seize this company. Poor and worst experience I never had before anywhere.

Worst experience and cheating while hand over the bikes. He cheated me 2000AED for minor paint scratches which has not done by me. They are making fool for all tourist. I never had this worst experience.

Terrible experience with Dolphin rent a scooter.

We had to pay 10x the cost in repair for damages that we did not even do. Somehow they ensure that these self-inflicted damages are forced upon us and we are made to pay for it. We weren't even informed beforehand that the jet skis are not insured. 100% a scam. Do not rent a jet ski from here; you will end up paying a huge amount.
Anyone with such bad experience willing to go to consumer court, please contact us.

I am amazed to see all bad comments but I have seen 100 of people had fun and no one share good experience
We had good fun and very economical no issue at all had good fun excellent quality boat and no extra money ....

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!... I WISH I COULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. Please never visit this area or rent this jet ski first they tell that the jet ski are not insured so if any damage you have to pay ,so you should always rent a jet ski which are insured. This was my worst experience and also I ended up paying big amount. After finishing they call their so called ARBAB, when he comes take a look on it and says this big amount of money you have to pay. So pls pls never rent a jet ski which is not insured.

BEWARE!!!!Visit them if you want to pay 10x the cost in repairs for minor scratches. They earn more from such claims rather than rentals Jetski.
Paid 500 Aed for rent jetski and 800 for a minor paint scratch which was reduced from 1800 Aed.

It's a bus stop shelter, the buses are normally late,cancelled and really no one seems to care anymore.
