Pathetic customer experience and support. I confirmed the booking a day in advance, communicated with the business rep on the given number an hour before getting there, where he confirmed I can come on the agreed time. But when I got to the location, there was no one there, the calls weren't answered and no response to my texts even after reading them.
Would NEVER recommend this business to anyone

Please DO NOT come here. I went with the stall Najmat Al Shatee. They charged 478 AED for a tiny scratch to bumper by somebody else and not my fault. Initially the bangla employee tried to charge me 850 aed. I made a scene and refused, his arbab came and said you bring the part yourself or pay 478. I had no choice to pay because they had my ID.

Best economical jet ski in dubai /shahrjah 100 aed for 1 hour.
Had lots of fun with family. Would highly recommend it . best guide would be mameon

WORST experience of my life would never want to go there again. their life jackets don't work and they care about the jet ski more than the humans. I fell off the jet ski and started to drown and the instructor didn't pick me up but instead searched for the keys in the water even though he could see I was drowning. They have inside men who will sabotage your experience just to get money out of you, just paid 2000 dhs fine for nothing. Anyone who writes it as a good experience is CLEARLY lying please don't waste your money go someplace else.

This operation is a scam, they will claim damages if there is a mild surface damage as the jet ski isn’t insured. The jet ski will either be damaged previously or they will ram into you, do not pay, call police immediately, they cannot hold your emirates Id from you

Their jet skis are already insured and even if they file a court case it will be turned down. The lawyers cost more than what they will get out of you anyway.

Be very careful with your words and keep in mind that the owners acts tough and as a local but they are not.

If you want to risk it keep this in mind, they cannot do anything to you and you have every right to leave without paying anything. Avoid cheap rentals like these.

they will charge you 1500 for the bumper and sais that you broke it even it is not your fault

Amazing experience!!! On site you will find multiple kiosks, they all charge different price you may negotiate the price.

Stay away scammers. Without touching my jet ski anywhere I don’t know how they got a small minute crack and shaved 450 dhs out of me
