Very bad and slow service.
Most of the agents are free , but they asked us to call customer service from our mobile rather than serving us.
I don't recommend DU for anyone.
Zero customer service.
Very bad attitude from employees.
Extra charges are applied on invoices for no reason.
Several complaints with no response.
Finally, they push you to change to Etisalat.

I visited du store in Zahia city center and I got good service from there. Staff are really so helpful and mustafa gamal is the right person to ask

I had an ongoing issue that hasn’t been sorted by the call center that i had to drive to this store. I have been helped by hussien who sorted my issue on the spot and he were very knowledgeable and understanding my frustration. Thanks for him and the management
