Worst service ever. There are 10 counters available and they operate only 4 counters. More customers wait more than 1 hour for the service. One of the customer service staff was very rude with the customer which was attached in the picture round in the picture. Very disappointed

Pathetic and incredibly slow service. You are welcomed by a sign on the token machine that's says Will get the service done in no time !!! I wish that didn't raise the hopes. Had to go for a simple Emirates id update as it couldn't be done on the website. Noticed two machines that have a card and bio metrics readers but the machines are not upto date to do the job. Basically no way to help yourself so you take a token and endlessly Wait for a 2 minutes job. Surprised even further the lady said I will be contacted for a survey. !!! Alert that for her service and not for the organization and service center.

Worst service, bad experience ever, first of all there isn't enough staff to assist you, 7 desks were vacant out of 10 ???? I visited on Sunday, bad impression from the beginning while found two gentleman arguing over the token, as there was no staff on token
machine or security.
I wanted to get back my old no as I was out of UAE for a year, staff offered me to buy one of our postpaid plan so I can issue the replacement, I wasn't agree then she submitted the request and which I received email that your inquiry has been resolved, I was happy and visited again last night, again the same, that your no comes with postpaid now, I don't understand why.......

Worst service ever, I have went to change my ownership. The executive doesn't seems any intention to help me out but i insist then he taken my emirates ID and advice me to come after 48Hr. same time i went to Sharjah city center branch and they have sorted my issue in 10 mnts. unfortunately this is not the first time i have faced this issue. never ever go this place and waste your time.

Hi I hope that you can read this but I want to highlight the attention I've receive from one of you workers, cause people like to say when the services is not as they expected but sometime we forget to mention to those who do an amazing job and Akshay kumar who works in Sahara mall is one of them... I'm really thankful to this gentleman who help me with all my doubts due to I was new in the country and make the things very easy for me. There is some telephone companies in the market but at the end you make the choose by the way the worker make you feel cause them are the reflection of the company. Thanks a lot!
