Too bad.
Employees and the manager does not know how to deal with the customers.
Their bad attitude force me to buy my MAC from another store next to them.

Never recommend to any one who need better service…

Pathetic Customer Service.
They do not respect the customer and beware that once you paid for the product, do not ever think about them even to claim the warranty.
The worst experience i had in my life purchasing products from jumbo electronics and i will never repeat the same...

This is the worst customer service i have come across in my experience to shop within UAE. I tried calling multiple times on the Landline number just for an enquiry and there is no decency of answering the call too. And the attitude bestowed on the customer is also of the worse kind. I'd suggest do everything online. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
