The worst possible branch I visited of Tim Hortons

All the tables are dirty no one is there to clean up

The employee at the counter named Janeen did not inform me that they no longer have a sandwich griller and told me only after I recieved my order. She then told me we dont tell the customers because then they will not buy it and when I asked here where can I complain or put a suggestion she said we do not have any thing as such.

The sandwich is supposed to be their tuscan chicken sandwich and is supposed to be grilled.

Cappuccino: Milk was burnt.
Doughnuts: Were not fresh.
Hygiene: Unhygienic staff. The same plastic glove that the staff was wearing while punshing the order at the cashier and receiving the cash money, he used to hold the doughnuts.
Atmosphere: The tables were stained and dirty.

Staff members are sitting in the side room laughing and talking, I waited a few minutes until someone came out. I was met by a REALLY rude staff member called Janen. She spoke badly towards me and was irritated that I asked where the staff members were. Made a complaint with Mr Moses who was very friendly and apologetic and stated this was not the first complaint they’ve received. Tim Hortons, do better! I’ve eaten in various Tim Hortons around the world and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Bad attitude customer services, you can only pay cash, debit card terminals not working for 2nd day in row. Or at a least since I started to come, no Starbucks near by otherwise I would never come to this coffee shop. Highly not recommended

Bad customer service today. The cashier was really rude. We had asked for a dozen of doughnuts, she absolutely gave us no choice to choose and also she did not place it in the box properly. It was squished against each other and also with the box.
Extremely unhappy.

Asked for 1piece of birthday cake and with all the busy thing he has the person at billing counter he gave 3 piece which made me feel like very disapinting. the french vanila that i ordered was made worst with more water in it.
