Very Very Disrespectful stuff ( Mr. Ashish )- i was there at 2:00am 8/7/2023 with my family and Mr. Ashish work for Dunkin’ donuts his behavior was very bad with each customer. #dunkindonuts should hire respectful & humble staff. #bicottdunkindonuts

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato this morning and for some reason it taste like a metal. I thought it was just me but when I let my mom tasted it she said it tastes bad. I always get my coffee in Dunkin but this time it was so bad, I ended up throwing the coffee I ordered. I don’t even know why the coffee tastes like a metal to begin with! It’s so gross. Honestly it doesn’t even deserve a star at this point.

If you are craving for something sweet while your car is getting fueled up then Dunkin at Adnoc petrol station is to your rescue. Its a very clean and beautiful place. It has good variety of donuts and coffee.
They have come up with special box for Mother's Day. Delicious flavours of donuts ????. Staff are polite and smiling.

Being super regular customers purchasing almost weekly as our kids enjoy their donuts, today we had a bad experience. We usually use the smiles voucher that buys us a buy 1 get 1 free on medium coffee 2 donuts. The staff was nice and provided what we wanted, we took our stuff and left. The coffee did not taste like the usual so we returned asking them about it, they did make us another but this time even worse. Their attitude changed to rude like we trying to get something for free. Honestly if u think using a voucher to save a few bucks is a crime, then you shouldnt have that option. It was a total waste of money, the coffee is still untouched.

The other night I was looking at 10.30pm, I was looking for Dunkin Donuts as my son's request for their end of school year party, I went to Sahara Centre branch as it says in google maps that they are closing at 12am. I rush there and only to find out that they are already closed.
I checked for an alternative and find out in google that there's a drive thru which is open for 24 hours, rushed to the location along Al Etihad road but had to make a U turn as its in the other side- Sharjah-Dubai side inside Adnoc station.
Was so happy as my able to buy the 2 dozens of Dunkin donuts for my son.
However, the store doesn't have a lot of options anymore which is understandable as it's already late past midnight as it was too much traffic before taking the Uturn.
The crew are helpful and welcoming and have done my order quite fast.
