Worst experience ever at this branch of the BK. We are Mashroom Swiss lovers but the quality of the burger that was served was unexpected. Very very less amount of mushrooms and sauces that did not look like MS Burgers. The guy who took the order was unable to specify the products properly while taking the order.
But once we asked him about the quality then he served the free Apple pies to us with apologies. We were 4 people.
The quality of hygiene and environment of the branch is below average.

We always enjoyed the BK meals in Dubai but very bad experience in Sharjah. Hope so the higher management will take action on it to serve better.

We Love ❤️ BK all the time but giving 1 star due to bad experience on this branch.

Now i can confirm that this branch is the worst. Late delivery, poor food quality, it is very obvious that the order was prepared in rush. I received the order when all my family slept and when i asked for cancellation, the driver kept insisting to deliver the order.

if you are burger king open 12 pm - 4 am with no restroom better for your heads to convert it Drive-thru only .......or going to let the customers doing it on the walls.........this is burger king ............

We get their coupons from carrefour whenever we shop it cost only 13 aed for 2 small size burgers and 1 fries 2 drinks. I tried their beef burger and it was tasty juicy and the patty inside is full of flavour. Highly recommended

The food is good
But I’m always getting wrong orders……missing items…..less number of items

Today part of my order was a 9 piece nuggets
I got only 6 pieces

I can’t interrupt my meal every time and go back to the branch get my complete order.

I can’t count everything every time ……
