This resto is new...we dine here 2 times both dinner... I didn't try most of there foods, coz some of them also (my first choice) are not available....so we had tried butter chicken, chicken white karahi with Roti, and Naan bread...it was delicious but not "wow" for me. Then we also tried chicken stir-fried noodles, and beef biryani... Both delicious...but my favorite is the beef biryani!!! They have other western foods also like burgers, pasta, pizza, and more...

We visited this restaurant yesterday for dinner and i just loved the food . The food was tasty , especially chicken soup and permison .

Loved the ambience as well!!

AMAZING FOOD Ma Sha Allah! The Chicken Parmesan was their speciality dish, with a secret recipe brought over from the UK, definitely a must try, you won't be disappointed! Very nice, ambiance and welcoming environment, and decor is in a Diner style, perfect for everyone, families, friends, couples. They also provide private party bookings within the restaurant or outside catering too, with an extensive menu to choose from. You will not be disappointed!

Food it was nice. We visit lots of restaurant but East & west is nice food. Staff is friendly. Good Location.

I rated this restaurant 5 stars before
Because it had the potential.

It was a very good restaurant when they started.

But since i was eating here regularly i realized that nobody cares about anything at this restaurant. There is no manager. There is no quality control.

If you order the same food here everyday, then everyday that food will look and taste different. Someday dry, Someday very oily, someday thick, someday thin, someday very salty.

Even the quantity will be different everytime.

Waiters are so unprofessional here. They dont understand anything you tell them and neither they can explain anything asked.

Their delivery is horrible, if you eat at their restaurant then food will be better than delivery.

In delivery i asked them to send me roti but they sent very oily paratha due to which i got acidity whole day and night.

So finally i have decided to never visit this restaurant again.

Service is very slow. Order is taken very late.

Food quality is not consistent. Somedays i feel its not the same restaurant i ate before.

The owner is very respectful person but he doesnt manage this place. He left it on employees and employees doesnt care.

Unfortunately decided to order the food and give it a try. After wasting 30 minutes and several calls i still didnot get the menu to order from since they are too busy to provide proper service to customers.
