One of the worst gadget store ever. Tolerated at the the max. Never ever buy any electronics from here because their after sales/warranty support is at the worst stage. I actually bought the device with ecity warranty coverage plan from them and given their device for repair. They said 2 weeks and I said to sort it early as possible because my brother has online class. But they did not take any initiative.

Looking for iphone 13 pro from last one week and been to many showroom, everywhere it is out of stock and delivery is available after 1 wee. Just went to check the availability in Ecity-Sahara Center, Amazing service received from Mr. Majed, he checked his system and told the phone is available in warehouse and will be delivered at your doorstep without any extra charges and without pre-booking. MR. Abdul Rahman delivered to my place in 1hour time. Great service from Ecity and its staff Mr. Majed and Mr. Abdul Rahman

I bought apple phone today and got at good deal . I have been helped by Mr Yonus ( Staff ) and he explained me everything on the product . I am thankful to him and his manager ( Abdul Rahim ) for getting a good deal for me.

The service being rendered at the in-store is absolutely amazing and exemplary. The Staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I am fully content and recommend customers highly to please visit and purchase electronic items from ECity.

Good Manager and well Arabic Speaker with understandable skills.. and helping me to solve my laptop problem.... I was very worried about my work, because all my work doing from this laptop.... , Thank you Mr. Abdul Raheem. And as I said Ecity will deserve the best... ,,,,,,,☺️☺️☺️

Attended for a private function, 01/06/23, and despite being recovering from a leg injury, access was very easy, with lifts and very helpful staff.
Food was of the highest standards and served piping hot. I can it fault the location or the surrounding either. Highly recommended. Thank you.

A very informative guided tour led by the Mayor of Gt. Yarmouth Councillor Adrian Thompson.
Such a beautiful and prestigious building.
Having tea with the Mayor was definately an event to treasure.

Beautiful Victorian building, impressive. All the staff were amazing, they made my daughters wedding very special. Happy friendly atmosphere. The meet and greet lady exceptional.

A beautifully historic building. It has a splendid grand entrance with regal staircase, perfect for photographs. The assembly room is gorgeous, complete with fully licensed bar it is versatile for your main event, dance floor, cabaret tables and bar with catering options available. Perfect for parties, weddings and more formal business functions too.
The high sweeping ceiling is impressive as are it's views over South Quay.
