I ordered large curly fries and cheese sauce after eating I want them to pack it for me usually I go to hardees they put it in a nice box and pack it Nicely but in sahara the lady just took it and put it in the plastic and obviously cuz it’s cheese it got stuck to the plastic so the fries were not edible I hope u hear me out and get me another set of fries and cheese sauce

Such a nice experience as usual always when we are taking Hardee’s always same taste and same fragrance of spicy ????️ frice and soft drink ???? unlimited specially in Hardee’s

Located inside Sahara center food court, seats available to seat in front of outlet.

Ordered two large meals.

1. Double cheeseburger combo, fries were crispy, and Drink was large enough not much ice added which was good. Cost 35 aed.

Rating 4/5

2. Big cheese burger combo : It was also good.
4/5 cost 30aed.

Over all it was good experience.

4 Rating out of 5 for now.

Just had super star beef burger with regular fries and drinks. I chose this burger as the display said it was the most popular and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and had a unique flavour. There were lot of sauces in it and it added to the richness. The fries could have been a bit more flavourful though it had a nice texture. Appreciate if they could do some R&D in developing a wrap that can withstand the juicy sauces so that things wouldn’t get messy.

The staff is super unprofessional from the manger till the cashier they need more training in human attitude and how to deal with people before putting them on duty and I wish you change all the staff food is bad. I hope you close the branch or replace the crew .

Low rating because of the terrible attitude by one of the Arab staff. I don't know his nationality or his name, but I have never seen a person taking orders with so much attitude. I've met many other Arab staffs at different outlets who make sure the customer has a great time and chat well with them. Usually they're very friendly people. This particular guy had a really bad attitude though.

Not spoiling the whole thing, we just came here for curly fries and we loved it :) We had it spicy and got an extra cheese dipping. It's a nice comfort food.

Got the wraptor box and it was very good!! Tenders were spicy good and wrap too!! Also the loaded fries were great too

Worse experience ever in a Hardees Joint. And no it's not the food, the attitude of some lazy, arrogant staffs working there.

Nayera hesham who is Arabic speaking lady, takes our order wrong, replies rude to my wife when she asks why there is no juice in kids meal, but she forced her to buy coke for our infact child, as they were out of juice.

Gives us a vibrating notification instrument which vibrates in 2 mind of giving order.

She takes out instrument and made us wait for 10 mins, giving food to ppl who ordered after us.

We got very upset, called the manager, who sadly was worse than the staffs in handling the guests.

We got super angry when she told us the vibrating instrument has no meaning, your food will be ready when it's has to be ready.

Ridiculous!

Ia going to hardees head office to complain against these unprofessionals, but I thought it will be better if I write a negative review and let the world know about them.

Hardees is good food. But sagara center staff should be replaced one and all.
