The worst experience to travel with. Just avoid even if you will pay other airlines double their ticket price. Reaching happy home is more important than ruining your mode. Their employees are ridiculous in dealing with customers and intentionally under no supervision will make your life miserable. just remember that I told u to avoid.

I wish there was zero stars to give to egypt air!
Very disorganized at the airport, staff coming late and taking forever to start checkin process regardless of long queues

We have ordered from Jade house several times in the past, but we have found the food has been getting worse and worse. Unfortunately, this time, there was a long hair in our special fried rice, which ended up in my wife’s mouth, so that will be the last time we all from here again. we called up to explain issue and barely got an apology, but were offered a discount of our next order - no thanks!!

Awful! Moved into the area recently, and wanted to try out the local food, and thought I’d give here a try! Order a special fried rice, singapore fried rice and salt and pepper prawns! All the prawns were burnt, too salty! The rice had no salt, no taste, unseasoned and the singapore rice had no chilli, both rices very pale, waste of money! If you’re from inner london this is beyond disappointment! Thank God for Tasty House (Camberwell) McChina (Wimbledon) Ho Lok (Bromley)! I will never eat from Jade House again, and if your looking for decent Chinese food this place is NOT IT!!

Started ordering here when quality at Chinese Fondue by Wapses Lodge roundabout started going downhill fast.
So far, no complaints. Staff are friendly, food is really nice, large portions at a good price, and they nearly always deliver super fast (less than the 45-50 mins they generally quote).

Always used but last 2 times has been awfull over cooked and undercooked on some dishes not happy never one to complain. But it was really really bad.
Please use alternative restaurant

Pan cake roll come as mini spring rolls chips had been pre-cooked and beef rice tastes funcky and beef was chewy not nice not enjoyed at all

Tasteless example of Chinese food, give it a miss. Rice was hard and the sweet n sour chicken wasn’t sweet n sour just taste less.

Amazing Chinese! We messed up our order and didn’t specify a time so ended up arriving 2 hours early (our fault completely)! They came back to pick up the order and then did us a completely new order 2 hours later without charge! Was great food too! Would not hesitate to order again! Thank you Jade House ☺️☺️

Tasty, good portion of Kung Pao chicken with nice egg fried rice for the price just below £10. Card payment accepted but from £15. No many parking spaces in the close area.
