0 customer care. They are not even the cheapest flight option most of the time so I choose to fly them for convenience. I was denied boarding at the airport for an issue out of my control, and the airlines was unwilling to offer even a partial refund for the ticket citing the terms of their sale for the value ticket. Very unhelpful.

STAY AWAY!!! WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD - RUDE STAFF
Today I had one of the worst experiences of my life.
I arrived a few minutes after the gate closed and the staff named Mufid refused to let me board.

Please note: THERE WAS NO CALL, I was at the business lounge neither anyone urged me and another passenger to go.

I am a Gold member and in 3 years of traveling it never happened that I was treated so poorly.
The staff member was extremely rude, refused to help, he literally told me "It's your problem, I could not care less, find yourself a solution" and even put his hands on top of me grabbing my phone (it’s on CCTV) as he was refusing to provide me with his identification number.
I really had to control myself as he was extremely aggressive and acting like a mobster.

There is no staff on the ground, I was left there and no Emirates employee would take accountability for it.

Nobody should be treated as I was treated today, I will take legal action against this company and their employee.
I also sent them an email and their response was " we will investigate", not even apologizing for the inconvenience caused.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE OF FLYDUBAI.

YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO REPRESENT THIS GREAT COUNTRY, SHAME ON YOU.

No customer service. Better book with reputable airlines.
They don’t take accountability for their delays and changes. Also, seems not linked to Emirates Airlines as they claim limited access to Emirates flights.

If you are booking with connecting flights via Emirates, book with Emirates.

This is the 3rd time during my reservations with FlyDubai that they canceled the flights twice for the same trip which is the last trip.

Not reliable airlines, I will not book anything with them anymore and certainly not recommending them to anyone.

Please be smart about your airlines choices.

Flydubai canceled the flight a the last moment, when we call for refund, they said only Voucher, no cash or bank account transfer!

Mainly Lorey, unprofessional at all.

Horrible Airline!
Prices are super high compared to the poor service provided.
Also their employees are incompetent and because of their mistake they made me loose my flight and when i complained about it they just defended the employee and closed the case without further discussion.
AVOID this airline at all cost!

Coombe Road (Stop V) is a super bus stop because so many buses stop here.
The location is good because is it in the middle of the high street with East Croydon on the left and the South End on the right.

I use this bus stop everyday and I would way that it is a good shelter and bench, its clean and has a bin nearby to reduce litter. The only thing I would like to see is a Bus Stop Electronic Timetable Display because many buses stop there and people use them to commute to study/work everyday, which they would highly benefit from if there was an electronic timetable display.
