Subject: Displeasure regarding unprofessional behavior at the bank

Dear Emirates Islamic

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your branch. While I appreciate the effort to create a friendly environment, I found the behavior of one of your tellers ( Ehab ) to be unprofessional and inappropriate.

During my transaction, the teller attempted to inject humor into our interaction. However, their jokes came across as forced and insensitive, making me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I believe that a bank, as a place of financial services, should maintain a certain level of professionalism and respect towards its clients.

I understand that a friendly atmosphere can enhance customer experience, but it is crucial to strike the right balance between professionalism and lightheartedness. Unfortunately, this particular teller's attempts at humor crossed that line, leaving me dissatisfied with the service I received.

I hope you take my feedback seriously and address this matter internally. Encouraging your employees to prioritize professionalism and courteousness will greatly benefit your customers' overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expect better from your esteemed institution.

You can exchange foreign currencies here without paying a fee. Just call before you go as they have one employee for this service, and they don’t have all the currencies if you want to exchange AED to a foreign currency.

They do not have online facility to change even the registered mobile no. Visited this branch and waited for more than an hour to change my registered mobile no. Executive was busy attending only one customer for an hour chit chatting, jokes etc... when my turn came he told me eveninga we will not update. I have wasted more 2 & half hour.

I would like to share my experience about this branch while I was going to deposit money there and I don’t have account in this bank but I saw one scene of respect and amazing behaviour from one staff there called Wafaa al mazrouai When one senior very old customer setting on chair with his son and she came quickly from his office and how she was supporting him and how professionally she was treating him show her leadership and how much ethics and good behaviour while she raised up , I wish I was able to take pic for such great behaviour of such employee
Thanks to her and to everyone work with such great behaviour

Very bad service, they are very slow. I have to always take an hour just to finish any transaction. This is not the first time, this happens to me regularly in this branch.

Very bad experience at 06mall branch .. especially from the lady collecting the cheques from the machine .. also ATM machine located outside, always out of service..

Very helpful and informed staff. I dont mind making the longer drive to this branch because staff goes out of their way to help you. Mr Nur( head teller) stayed beyond his working hours and made sure to get my request done instead of calling me the next day.
