Haha everybody is talking about the manager Anwar! Well im Sara and ive been living in N tower for 3 years till now, Anwar was a good person with us. We never felt he is arrogant or show off. If we we were not comfortable here we would simply change our home but we feel great here!
I only have one comment, the gym must be for free for tenants or atleast 50% discount.
Thank you Anwar and all the management staff for the great facilities that you provide us.

Worst Worst Management ever, the manager sitting in the cabin is a shame for any manager (Mr. Anwar Abubaker) he is an accurate example of small people sitting in big offices. we went to finalize our apartment with docs. and cheques but since he is the KING of the Kingdom and he does not like anyone to bargain with him on the rent because whatever he says is final rent of the apartment (as King of the Building) and decided not to rent us the apartment in his head, he askd his offce ppl not to take chqs from us as he can talk to the owner and reduce the rent for us and askd us to come back, later wen we called to confirm and agreed upon the rent initially decided he said since u did not give token money, we rented out the apartment to someone else. whereas his own office people confirm of the apartment being vacant. Pathetic uneducated people pl working in this office!
I hope the owner / senior management of the real estate which he states is a lady and his childhood friend and does what he asks her to do,takes serious against this person, otherwsie, i am worried anybody will rent an apartment in this building because of this unqualified manager.

The worest manager I seen in my life , uneducated , rude , unprofessional , he is acting lik a few child, when we went to the building he give us all the details and ask us to come back , the after that he said i will not rent the flat , im not feeling comfortable , he is playing not working , i hope that the owner of this building check our reviews , cause im not the only customer who get angry from this rude manager

Lived here for almost 5 years. Stand alone building, great if if you have child using school bus as it more safe with private service road. Found the price bit higher than other apartment, but you get you paid for. Open ample parking free if you dont want to pay parking slot. 5 mins walk to Sahara Center.

You are right, Anwar the manager is the worst my family got really disturbed because of him, He acts like a king, no body can talk to him about the rent, in current market the real estate people are begging people to plz come to their buildingbur this guy need education badly.
