I am pretty happy with the training sessios and thank you to coach Gethmi Manchanayake for helping me to achieve my goal. Since I’ve started the sessions my confidence in what I can do and fitness level improved alot and I can really see the difference now. My mucles are becoming more define and I’m happy with my results so far.

Yesterday is my last training session and I am definitely to go in and renew my contract. Awesome experience-Thanks

I joined the powerhouse health club around 2 months ago, and it has met all of my expectations. The facilities are top-notch, well-maintained and clean. I also took personal training under Gethmi. She is an exceptional trainer as she creates workouts and diet plan that fits my capabilities. They have very friendly and supportive staff that creates a motivating atmosphere for personal growth. Overall, I highly recommend this gym!

I have recently joined this gym and it is really awesome. Friendly admin team and great trainers. I am taking personal training from Sharad and he is highly experienced and talented trainer with fully dedicated to his clients.
I feel it is a great place to shape your body as per your wish under Sharad’s training but need to do some hard works with full dedication to achieve your goal.

Best experience for PT and Gym so far. I have taken Personal Training and Gym membership. Nebeel - my trainer is giving me best assistance, training and motivation so far. I am experiencing and feeling better day by day in my fat-loss journey.

My 11 year old son joined here under the trainer Akhil. He was an excellent trainer and taught him well, In ten classes he was able swim properly in almost 2 styles. Thank you Akhil and also to the staff and the lady at the counter is very courteous and helpful

Gym, Swimming, kids activities in a single roof, friendly atmosphere. It is open from Morning 6 to midnight 12. For Men swimming days are - Monday, Wednesday & Friday. For women swimming days are Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

Well maintained and clean gym . staffs are really friendly and helpful.
Gethmi my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what you’re looking for in a PT, then gethmi is the one for you!

Very friendly co operative staff. My daughters have been goung there for swimming classes, the coach is very professional.
Well maintained swimming pool and facilities. Flexible timings. Very happy with their service.
