I had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff I met at this company, especially the person who was wearing a blazer (whom I believe was the manager). I won't reveal his nationality because it wouldn't be fair. He was extremely impolite and disrespectful behavior towards me, speaking down to me and making me feel like my needs and concerns were unimportant. He was dismissive of my concerns and acted like my time was not valuable. I strongly caution anyone against working with this agent and urge you to be aware of their behavior before engaging their services for future dealings

My experience with this real estate office was extremely negative. The staff members were arrogant and had a terrible attitude towards customers, including the manager in a blazer who was particularly unprofessional. I had intended to lease one of their flats and even had the full amount in cash, but the way they treated me made me cancel my plans. It's hard to understand how a business can operate with such a mentality towards their customers. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone. Please avoid it at all costs

بصراحة الشركة سيئة جداً جداً و برغم ان انا مصري الا ان الموظف المصري اللي اتكلم معايا انسان سيئ جداً و قليل الذوق و جلف وعلشان بيأخد راتب مش همه مصلحة الشركة او مصلحة العملاء ..نصيحة عدم التعامل مع هذه الشركة
