No one likes to hover over the staff telling them how to wash a car, i usually get my car washed every month or so and i have never had to tell 4 5 men to clean something properly.
i kindly requested them to clean properly as it was visible they were not interested to listen and did whatever suited them, i had to remind them to clean the trunk, clean the mats.
i even helped them take out stuff from the trunk but all they did was just use vacuum lightly in the front area.
The staff was actually asking me if i need to clean the mats i don't understand this is understood if you are going for a manual or full wash this is all done without asking for.
Cleaning mats for them was only swiping a cloth lightly!
I even mentioned to one staff I don't have to tell another petrol stations or car wash service again and again to do the cleaning and i got a rude reply that they are private and we are not so we cant help it, i was shocked to see such rude and careless behavior.
What does he mean by they are private ? are we not paying for them infact i paid more to enoc than other places but the service i got was very disappointing
In the beginning they asked if i needed polish inside i said yes and on tyres as well.
They were in such a hurry to finish the job they hardly were making any effort to rub i cleaned few spots in front of them and showed them what is the point of me paying for a car wash then? When they finished i asked if they did everything as i saw they missed the tires they said yes finish, i reminded them about tyre polish.
Never going back to them again!
Edit:- I was contacted from the management and supervisor regarding to the complaint asking to give them a chance again and after a month decided to try them again to check if they stick to their words said on the phone.
Mr. Irfan made sure that the car was cleaned, serviced and attended properly.
He and his team were extremely polite and hard working.
I could see the staff was under friendly supervision, they all were very happy and comfortable.
The staff was a different team this time.
I appreciate companies taking suggestions/complaints seriously.
Note:- I went at a time when it was empty no rush at all and the wash was not complimentary it was paid from my end just to be clear.
I am satisfied that this time it was a completely different experience but i want this experience to stay consistent for every car not only for mine as i went ahead and put a review.
This attention should be given to every customer and i will go and try them again in future to see if they are consistent or not.
Changing the stars from 1 to 4.

Special thanks to mechanic who check my car, Mr Rajesh & Viviel (Phillipino guy). I went for oil change however, they check my car tyre pressure & wind shield water level & put. So all this small things but shows how much their employee do their best.
So Personally ENOC Autopro services.
Anyone's wanna to come & check their car with genuine opinion.
If I have more than 5 star, I can put that too! ✌️✌️✌️????????????????
