Horrible experience. Had to wait for 50 mins for them to call your token number. Since I didnt have lunch I left and that was when they called the token. Came back within 10 mins and the lady says that she doesn’t have access to print clearance paper. Had to take another token and wait for another 30 mins. No place to sit even. Never expected this kind of service from a service provider who claims to be the Best in UAE!

If you guys are not allowing WhatsApp calls or other telecom providers to enter UAE at least give quality service. Pathetic!

I commend to you technician Wahab Khan, Etisalat staff number PT84244. He was precise, diligent, courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy in the home visit to improve my wi-fi quality.

What is more, I was the last customer of the day for him, and it was past dinner time, yet he did not let this effect him. He served the matter at hand with confidence and complete professionalism. I highly commend to you Mr. Wahab Khan. ~ km

Pathetic condition here. First we need to take the token and should be wait outside (37 Degree today) long time. Even customer can't imagine how long we should wait. Etisalat is a disaster. Shame on your service.

I had been connecting the customer service for the past 1 week for cancellation of my elife account with no response. They were forcing me to pay 572 Aed as exit charges for the devices even though they had given as free and sent a confirmation message that my plan is elite unlimited starter with no commitment from 13th March 2023. I had been a genuine customer for the past 13 years paying around 430 Aed per month and upon requested for cancellation as I had lost my job they were finding reasons to put liability on devices which is really unethical. I already raised multiple request to speak to a manager, the customer service team denied and said you cannot raise a complaint for the said matter nor u can visit the branch for the resolution .

1 star is way too much.. very unprofessional employee, not cooperative and has poor communication skills, not only she can’t do the job, she also can apologize nicely for being unable to do the job…

I enquired about Bussiness POS machine.
The employees at the branch didn't know where should I get this device, that has etisalat logo on... I was advised to head majaz branch since Bussiness enquiries are taken from that branches. I went to the branch they have referred Me back to same branch I were in :)... it wasn't nice experince at all where I came to find the staff didn't how properly guide the lost customer.

I went to your customer service office today for cancelling the elife but response from front service is you need to call toll free no is the only option to cancel your service and when we r try to call this toll free no more than 1 hr and lastly they picked and process the cancellation request

I regret to say that customer service in saudi arabia and oman are better than uae
