You will be lucky if you go there and find it working, otherwise, you have to wait 10-15 minutes while the gentleman trying to make a cup of coffee for you and if it didn’t work he will wait for the maintanance guy to come and fix it..you will be returning back to your office without coffee..
It is not acceptable at all to have such experience from this worldwide big brand..please bring a new machine..

This is my piece of home away from home (Canada).
You can always depend on getting freshly baked pastry and sandwiches.
Also the drinks variety is excellent and not limited to only coffee.
Highly recommended.
