I personally work at a McDonald’s myself and to say this is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen is an understatement. Every time I go here they get my food wrong. Today my mom ordered food for us and she struggles on the kiosks. someone should be there to help her, that’s what the customer care assistants are for! Food was cold, and wrong order, YET AGAIN. NONE of the staff wear their hair tied up or in hairnets, haven’t got proper uniform and their customer service is terrible. I know it’s hard working in a McDonald’s from my personal experience but IGNORING procedure completely, having rude and untrained staff is not it. Today for example, my mum come in and ordered a McDonald’s breakfast, sausage and egg muffin with no egg and added bacon, would be a simple order if this was my McDonald’s, but no, just got a normal sausage and egg muffin, bearing in mind you have to pay for extra bacon. If this was my McDonald’s my managers would be absolutely appalled. What happens if I had a dairy allergy? YOU ARE PUTTING THIS ON YOURSELF, and your rating shows this. Do not come here, can’t believe HR aren’t pulling up this McDonalds either.

When someone orders a regular coke, what drink do you think they should get? Oh that's right, a regular coke. NOT diet.

Are you too lazy to change the syrup of the regular coke when it runs out? Or are your staff unable to read basic English?

This is the third time it's happened. Sort it out you bunch of bellends.

How was your meal? No idea, I only got delivered half of it.

Called the restaurant to be told that there's absolutely nothing they can do and I have to go through just eat. The automated response from just eat is that they'll look into it and possibly refund in a couple of days.

I've paid, I haven't received my food and the platform and the restaurant could care less.

Ordered a Crispy Chicken Italiano last night as a takeaway, when I got home it was a beef burger, which strictly against my religion to eat beef. This is disgraceful and unacceptable. I want appropriate action taken.

Why is it in this Mcdonalds you can't go up to the counter and order your food. I walked in ,went up to the counter like I do at my Mcdonalds ,only to be asked by a server what did I want. I said breakfast,then she went over to the order board and tapped it it all in . Then asked anything else, I showed her my table order board and said she had to so that at the till, so she then come over to the counter and does it all again so please tell me what was the point . Not happy will mot be going there again ???????? Plus there was not too many people in there .

what a shocking service we have spent nearly £50 on breakfast order only to receive 6 drinks , when calling them got a snotty girl saying our order is there and if we want it to collect ??????? WE HAVE PAID FOR A DELIVERY SERVIVE , AND NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME TO COLLECT COLD FOOD THAT IS JUST SITTING THERE , YOU ARE A JOKE AND THIS IS BEING TAKEN FURTHUR

Went in for a late Evening meal, i was greeted on arrival by the staff member Tanya I asked for help because I need to pay cash and showed me how I can access the different payment options using the order screens.
Whilst I was eating she came over to my table and asked me if everything was OK with my order.
All the food came out freshly cooked and was piping hot.
When I was finished eating she cleared my rubbish away
Overall I was really happy with my visit and I will return to this McDonald's again.
Thank you for the great service received.

Stay well away from here staff are rude order a breakfast today give me the wrong items staff refuse to change it never put the lid on my hot chocolate properly went over the rest of our food they just don't care will not be going back they should be ashamed of themselves would upload pictures but it won't let me
