What a horrible service for such a big company, this the 3rd time my package gets delayed from your side for no reason, you don't even inform the customer if they agree to change the delivery date, your horrible company just changed the date by itself.

I will never ever deal with you again and I hope no one will send me anything via your horrible service

Very poor service quality, one of my urgent shipment stuck and UPS team doesn’t have update on the issue. And in customer service they added auto answering machines. I have decided not to use Fedex services anymore. Their offices managers helpless for my shipment. I suggest not to use Fedex services, use any other courier companies.

At terminal 2 Dubai, they're working 24/7 , and it's very convenient for people from all the walks of life. Because ussualy we are busy during the day and sometimes really need to send something important, and wait for the dawn to break.
Also ample of free customer parking is available.

Could not locate it at Crystal Plaza. Nearby shop owners reported as permanently closed. I had to use DHL available in adjacent building. Probably the nearest FedEx is at Al Twar Area Dubai Terminal 2

Excellent service but 233 AED for university documents from Sharjah to islamabad is too much! Better to consider FedEx only for urgent delivery.
