Just now Came to cancel my flexi ticket, they sent me away cuz I booked it online (from Emirates Airlines website directly) and told I have to cancel it online. When I told them I came here cuz the credit card I booked it with is expired now and that's why I need their help, they referred me to the their call center or their main office because this is "an outsource" office not directly Emirates....! Disappointing service.

Really Angry with Emirates. Travel from Dhaka To Dubai To Riyadh on 10th May 2023. I lost my baggage Make complaint but useless.
Every time they just say you will receive a Call, after 1. month they ask to submit invoice for baggage claim once i submitted Invoices they dont want to give me response today is 26th of jun 2023. Useless Emirates.

They only sell tickets here and perform the same operation you would do when buying the ticket online. I guess their only function is for people to be able to pay the ticket with cash. I find this to be very inefficient and far below the standard of service for what you could expect from a premium airline company. I had a simple question about buying oversized luggage for my ticket but I was told in a very rude way that they only sell tickets and nothing else. Customer service is bad and not helpful at all.

Worst customer service ever, playing in their phone while customer is waiting. They don't entertain concern and straight away directing customer to there website without asking your complain. Avoid these place better go to Dubai office.
