Always AC problem..no Cooling at all.
Trainer's are extremely boring.

2 hours work out time for men in morning which is so less in this busy life style. They ned to be bit more flexible upon timings.
This was the first time i have seen gym open by 6 am to 8 am for men .
Evening 4 to 12 is okay and understandable .

1)It's a budget gym with an assortment of numerous equipment.
2)Television in each room and water priced at market rate is available for purchase onsite.
3)Clean washroom.
THE BAD :-
1)The trainer's are below average and flock around those that are already well built and therein require minimal effort, while Those who seek to Loose Weight are just asked to run on the treadmill for prolonged periods so that they need'nt be looked after and aren't trained according to individual needs.
2)Trainer's aren't upto date with modern methods,routines or information and still apply 90's logic and information to working out.
3)Most of the weight labels on the machines are missing their labels and hence you can't know the weights you're lifting.
4)Sauna & Steam room is perpetually non functional.
5)Prices keep dropping and have dropped twice since the time I used to be a part of the gym.
6)Fake reviews-this doesnt review the functionality of the gym but speaks volumes on their ethos. As on 15/06/18 at the bottom of their official website you'll find reviews from Pablo Picasso and Vincent Van Gogh. If only a bit more creativity could have been employed prior to faking it.
I left the gym with a month remaining in my subscription due to my workouts being negatively affected and have been happy at a nearby gym that is much better managed and provides better care.
In my humble and honest opinion I'd recommend anybody who is seeking to make a positive change to overlook the throwaway prices and initial false impression - to seek a more effective and viable alternative.
