Relaxing design and amazing supportive people especially Mr.Feissal, he is a gentleman, kind, patient and supportive. I want also to mention the great effort from one egyptian lady with glasses in counter 2, I suppose. They were professional.

Overall, it was an incredible and fantastic experience. The staff, especially Miss Judith Tumala, was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was well-organized. It relieved my stress and nervousness and made me feel more confident about my exams.

On the day of my test, I left home very nervous because I didn't know what was awaiting me. But the moment I stepped my foot in the premises, the warm welcome I got from the security check outside made me relax. The entire process was amazing, all the staffs were so respectful and treated everyone equally. The examiners were amazing, they responded to all my needs during the exams and made it more relaxing and easier. Thank you British Councel Sharjah

This place has one of the best customer service I have seen my whole life due to the kind and comforting staff. I want to specially thank Mrs. Howaida. She gave us each and every detail of everything we had to know. I have never seen a better person than her. She is just too comforting in her talking and makes me feel at ease. Thank you again to everyone who works there. Keep up the good work.
