What a wonderful shopping experience, had a great time choosing the right outfit for upcoming winter, huge help from Bipana.
From greeting me with a smile while entering the shop till im done checking out she was assisting me. I would definitely coming back and suggest this branch to my friends.

Well the do have nice collection for mostly ladies , i would suggest them they should have skinny narrow bottom jeans for mens also & make some more changing rooms and also they should have some promotions points also under club apparel or shukran etc.. the perfume quality is good so it should not be more than AED 70/- as per their fragrance quality.. the staff appearance also good..

My experience was really bad the place was not clean and there clothes was not clean I literally found blood on a swim Ware they don't check the clothes when ppl are done wearing it one of the staff was really rude I would no recommend to go there extremely bad.

Shristika your work looks great????..Its clear that you care about your work and take the time to do it correctly..I really like the way you approach me and help me to find the perfect outfit for me..Thank you for being soo patience with me and helping ..One more thing even the manager was helping me to find out my perfect outfit..He was very poilte to me..I will love to visit this store again and again????..Thank you shristika hope you have a bright future ahead????

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A TOTAL FAILURE.

I was very disappointed, and there are no words to express your manager's attitude and arrogance; his behavior was unacceptable. I asked one of the salespeople to check the availability of a t-shirt for the small size, he claimed there was no stock, so he went to his manager to see if they had it in Ibn Batuta Mall, the manager did not even open the system nor checked from his phone and said there is no stock, and slammed a door right in front of my face, and when I confronted him that that's not the way to treat your customers, he started to shout, told me SHUT UP and even called for the security to escort me outside. His badge number 9710336 if they gave the correct one, the incident happened on the 3 of August, at 2 PM.

The manager should be a role model for his team in terms of the type of customer service he is attempting to portray, even if he himself does not know how to serve customers properly.

I will never return to this forever21 store; you should be very careful with who you hire.

I’ve been in this store, and stuff was so amazing. And store was looking nice, a lot of options of clothes. Respect to the manager he was so helpful, nice attitude, and seemed like person who’s trying to give a good mood to customers. Thanks to you all, guys.
