I recently visited your store in Sahara Mall and I would like to share my experience with you. I had a wonderful visit in 18th Sept,22. Bought a gift for my wife and I was extremely satisfied by your customer service. I was attended by Miss Rachida. She was very professional with an excellent product knowledge, really patient and courteous. Without a shadow of doubt, she is an asset in a service industry and indeed for Swarovski customer service having such staff is part of their high standards.
Please share my appreciation to your team, and I will definitely share my experience with my family, friends and colleagues.

I had visited Swarovski Sahara center at Friday 22th October 2021 to fix my ornament that I bought 3 months back and I met Ms.Ghazl If I remember the right name, and asked her to fix my ornament, she asked me to give her a few minutes so she can check the availability of the same ornament, whatever while she's checking, Mr.Taher came to me with the repair / replacement information sheet and asking me to fill it, and while I am doing that Ms.Ghazl came out ofher silence saying "Luckily I find the same ornament, but the ornament you bought was with a discount price and now the price is different so you will have to pay the difference",It was my first time to deal Swarovski and I will make sure to be the last time as well that's wasn't aware of the policies,once Mr.Taher heard that, he asked her isn't the same ornament, so I replied yes and before he continue she asked him to do something else, and she takeout the difference between the price I purchased with and the current price of the same ornament, after that I asked her the identity card of the ornament and she replied back to need of that one because it's a long process and I have to change it in the system you can use the receipt, I surprised of what happened and felt that there's something weird about that, next day I browsed the official site and checked the T&C and noticed that I got scammed by paying the difference amount of the same ornament.
Is that what you are training your staff for?? How to take clients money.
Shame on your staff to behave like this.
Anyway It's my fault to trust this brand name and their staff.

Walked in, browsing around to make one purchase for my wife. Shop empty, no customers, 2 female staffs, No Hi No Hello, felt a bit awkward, presumably I got treated by my appearance perhaps I wasn’t wearing a suit but, that’s not an excuse. Would you agree the Brand name Swarovski is quite powerful and you’d expect a red carpet treatment for potential customers, am I right?? Yes absolutely, but sadly disappointed. I actually found what I was looking for but after having this treatment I changed my mind and decided to take my business elsewhere. Actually, when I was leaving I looked at them both then they said hello but it’s too late, Nevermind.
This ain’t a complain maybe staffs weren’t trained well enough in customer service however, This message is to the Owner or the GM to train their staffs first in Customer service than presentations, as everyone can afford anything, don’t judge a book by its cover. it’s all about world class service. So hello and bye bye is a MUST.
Staffs can make your business successful and they can break your business too.
Again, this is just a feedback and not a complaint.

I entered no one came to say hi was empty store.
She and her arabic colleague sitting and talking i asked for help for a necklace to give me details and what material is the necklace etc.
she was ironic by saying you don’t know Swarovski is not diamond is kind of glass??
Well i said no and i left so disappointed.
The customer service is unbelievable!
This mall has the worst staff.
