Blood test centre stuff don't have a clue what they are doing, took my daughter in for an urgent blood test sent by gp but was told they don't have any slots available, after arguing about it and told them it's urgent so no appointment necessary was told a cancellation has come up an hour later so had to wait. Absolutely disgusting service.

Useless receptionists. Didn’t get my blood test form ready.Said they usually print it on the day of the appointment and that is not true cause it’s printed when my blood test is due.I ordered a repeat prescription that usually comes to my pharmacy and again my pharmacy tells me the surgery hasn’t given to them. Messing with people’s medication. Need better receptionists.

Disgraceful! I have followed every instruction this surgery has recommended in trying to book a same day appointment for myself,
even though I have been bedbound for the past week and still feeling poorly. Invest in more telephonists and there will not be a backlog. It's no wonder pressure is building up in A&E Depts. An investigation needs to be carried out to see what exactly is going on in GP Practices as it appears Covid has given them an excuse to do nothing. Like they are the only ones in the whole country who do a days work.

If I could...I would rate -10.

Never ever encountered such bad behaviour from a medical and admin staff. I mean, zero care, very rude, condescending, arrogant and so unprofessional.
They literally messed up my care regarding my breathing issues, asthma, sleep apnoea after Covid; they discharged me without having any conversation, zero help although being diagnosed as severe for those conditions. I really hope the staff members will get some further training or being made redundant and bring new ones who actually respects the patients and have their best at heart.
Really dissapointed of this clinic.

I had a fasting blood test for sugar and cholesterol and when I called my GP surgery for results the receptionist said results come up as blood sample was not labelled correctly do I have to go for fasting blood again. Same thing happened with my husband.

Terrible service! Gone for my appointment. Their check in machine was broken so wasn’t able to check in and then they said they’re closed so they can’t take my bloods. They definitely could have seen me but decided to be rude and unhelpful.

I took my brother who has late stage cancer after he was knocked over by a women and pouring with blood from eyes and nose in centre the receptionist was lovely but the practice manager was extremely rude and threw us out so much for the caring medical professionals shame on you

I had taken an elderly friend for his appointment and met Dr Bhaskar/Baskar he was very thorough and professional and restored our faith back in the NHS. Thank you again for your amazing work.
