The taxi was late arriving and then could not locate the very well known venue even with the full address already provided. I was forced to walk down a dual carriageway to find the taxi at 1am. If a woman experienced this level of service I'm sure they would feel very unsafe so be aware. Only more than one star because the driver did persist to find me and showed me it was the company's own satellite navigation system which was at fault and I'm sure some drivers may have cancelled

Very reliable cab service. Have used them many times. For the airport and even when our pet dog needed a cab to come home from an operation, the owner himself said he would be willing to bring our pet home from Luton Pet Hospital back to London. Reasonably priced, drivers are polite and get you to destination in swift time and drive carefully. Would definitely recommend using them.

This was an atrocious ride. First the driver BILE GELE was 15min late. As soon as he saw we were 4 he started shouting at us that that's against the health guidelines to have 4 passengers in his Prius, which I totally agree with so there was no need for him to be so aggressive. He blamed us for booking the wrong size car when we clearly booked for 4 people, and neither minicabit, skyway cars, or the driver checked and intervened earlier, when they had the time to amend the booking. I then called Skyway cars and the operator was immediately rude as well, blaming me again for booking the wrong size car, and making excuses that minicabit should have prevented the booking. The operator then had someone call the driver and convinced him to take the ride anyway, which we only accepted cause we were tired from a long flight and just wanted to get home, but it was against the regulations, as the driver said. Additionally, he then drive recklessly and very uncomfortably, and he took multiple calls on speaker phone, removing his mask to speak into the phone. Then he also took multiple wrong turns and went the wrong way multiple times, seemingly to try and avoid the congestion charge, which we live in so he'd have to go into anyway. Lastly when we arrive he had the audacity to try and ask me to pay the congestion charge since he had to enter the zone, which I fully know I don't have to pay them and is up to him and his company to deal with.

Terrible ride altogether, horrible service. If you have any decency you'll refund me for the ride.

These guys provide an excellent service. They managed to squeeze in a last minute airport collection when our flight was massively delayed, they stayed in touch through the collection process and the driver was friendly and patient. Thanks!

absolute scum, left my friend waiting on the side of the road for forty minutes after I booked the cab, wont answer the phone when I'm trying to call them to find out what's going on. DO NOT USE.

A lovely driver arrived on time and did a passport/ticket check with us before we reached the end of our road. He also got out of the drivers seat to make sure we got our bags in even though he had a modern car that he could open doors from the drivers seat.
