Just lovely. Great looking hotel, new and clean! Staff were approachable and friendly and very professional. Happy to chat. Room was clean and comfy. With an open plan bedroom/bathroom with screen. Don't be put off it works perfectly. Great if you're going to surf Snowdonia ????

We were staying in the hotel with a group of teenagers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating our, sometimes unusual, requirements with smiles ~ the answer was always "Yes" and delivered with a smile. When someone wasn't sure if what we needed was possible, they didn't just say "No", they said they would find out & get back to me. Literally nothing was too much trouble. We had our own dining room and the food was fab & plentiful, excellent for hungry athletes.
Thank you for accommodating our slightly unusual group, we will be back.

I stayed overnight with my daughter following a spa treatment. Shannon was my therapist and was absolutely amazing, will definitely rebook and asked if I could have my treatment with her again. The manager of the spa was extremely helpful in helping to select a suitable treatment. The lunch selection was small but the food was superb. The lady at the bar was extremely polite and also helpful.

I visited the Hilton, Snowdonia for a work meeting. Great facilities for said meeting. Chairs were comfortable and the boiled sweets, local water, pens and paper were greatly appreciated. Reception was courteous and the bathrooms spotless. Great location next to Surf Snowdonia with plenty of available parking and useful ev charging.

Lovely people, beautiful setting. Good breakfast. Lots of new wait/bar staff around needing some direction and training but all round very good visit. TV only mirrors Android phones or doomed to broadcast TV but that’s not what we were there for. Good parking, very clean with professional desk staff. Bed was a bit hard, as a side sleeper I woke up several times during nights with numb arms. No other pubs, bars or restaurants in area unless driving to Conwy.

Well pleased with our short break here. The hotel itself actually exceeded my expectations, clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Location is a mixed bag though: although nestling in a lovely valley under a towering hillside the scenery is slightly overwhelmed by the (hydroelectric) power station next door and the watersports centre the other side. A minor point, to be fair, and a lot of people will see the proximity of the watersports as an excellent reason to stay at the hotel.

Really nice hotel. We had a great stay for a few days. Clean and tidy with great staff. Good variety of food ????☺️ we had lovely breakfast and dinner. A really nice spa or if you need something extra really greatly located for a lot of activities for the whole family ???? with the adventure centre next door accessible in summer and winter. The zip line forest and a few more great places nearby like Bodnant gardens and lovely villages (I am sure I did not mention a lot of things but you can see for yourself or ask a member of staff). It's the same Hilton experience we are all used too. Loved our stay and will be back also in the summer to experience even more. And pets are welcome but for a little higher fee than usual.

Lovely new hotel. Right next to the wave pool and lots of activities to choose from.
Evening meals on both nights were really good.

DOWNSIDES
Dog charge £25 per dog per night, we have 2 dogs.
I don’t see what justifies that cost.
We had to ask for dog beds once we got to the room and realised there were none in there.
Then we had to ask for dog bowls, of which they could only find one. Luckily we brought our own. The rooms are designed for adventure so are very easy to clean. No “extra” cleaning beyond normal standards should be involved.

The breakfast was mediocre. No bacon the first day and chefs gave up bringing more food out at around 0940. Waffle batter ran out. Food was soggy and had been out a while.
Second morning we went earlier and it was allot busier but breakfast was a bit better but not great still.

Severely understaffed on the Saturday night. All the waiting and bar staff were having a hard time by the looks of it.

Would definitely stay again, just not with the dogs and maybe not on a weekend.
