Bad service and food quality. The chicken was dry and wasn't cooked fully, the yoghurt was very liquid as it was mixed with water and barely has any flavour. The meal was really poor compared to the price.

I picked up kabab and rice order from here. The meat is always fresh but this time it was very dry and and cold.

It's not like any other Hatam branch. Sultani Kebab was very tough, Tekka was not fresh and no taste at all. They don't serve soup or fresh Irani bread .... will not visit again for sure

Al Zahia city center cashier (Arab staff) is rude and having worst behaviour. My last order at hatem i beleive. The way he is treating customer is very bad. It was disrespectful for me really. Unbelievable. Not rececomended at all.

Al zahia city center - Hatem - Cashier.

Cashier is very rude, arrogant, his body language and expressions were like baddu guy. Please check the CCTV (yesterday 8:45pm to 9:05pm). He was insulting in front of other customers.

He dumped my incomplete order (dine-in) at the counter and folded his hand with attitude, big drama infront of other customers.

Also quantity and quantity literally unsatisfactory after paying 83 AED , cannot chew properly, partially cooked.

Hire Filipinoes !!! Or atleast copy the hospitality skills, customer service, professionalism from your neighbour restaurants. Maintain restaurant etiquette since your restaurant in a well reputed mall.

1st experience but bad experience. I won't recommend to go this restaurant specially in Al Zahia city center.

(Al Zahia mall branch) The bold egyptian employee on counter was very rude and has a terrible attitude. Will not come to this restaurant again very bad service.
