Food was good but the service was worse than a normal cafeteria

We recieved a pizza , rotten chicken wings which actually smelled like dried fish and 2 cokes.
We returned the chicken wings as tasted awful. Couldn't take a bite.He replaced it with potato wedges without hesitation.
Morover the staff, Upendra harshly refused to accept zomato pro since it was a 'meal' eventhough that meal offer is there at all times. They didnot specify that
meal will not be included for discount in Zomato pro with an intention to cheat the customers.
And staff Upendra didnot give' garlic bread 'which was included in the meal. When I noticed that and confronted while billing, he actually acted as if he forgot to give us.
I don't understand the problem with him. He behaved very oddly by not giving us the full meal , and purposely gave us rotten chicken eventhough he was aware.
Such staffs will create a bad impact on the company.
I am planning to complain to the municipality regarding the quality of food there.
