Must visit place if you are Sharjah. Well organised and maintain the building structure. Cultural and heritage activities are performed here.

heart of sharjah is the unique old district of Sharjah that is candidate to UNESCO heritage site. You can spend a good 4 hours and have lunch either at Chedi hotel or Arabian tea houses: Heritage museum, Sharjah art foundation, Calligraphy museum and the fort are among the many places you can visit

Planned over a 15 year period, to be completed by 2025, it seeks to revitalize the heritage district as a vibrant cultural destination by unraveling a glorious past - restoring historical buildings, constructing new structures following traditional Sharjah architecture and transforming them into hotels, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and markets, where the current generations and the future generations can experience Sharjah's cultural and social fabric.

Had a pleasure attending "Sharjah Heritage Festival 2021", hosted inside the scenic Heart of Sharjah. This melting pot of various Islamic cultures and traditions commenced on March 20th and finished on April 10th. Entry is free. Paid valet parking facility available at AED 35. Once you enter, you will find range of cultural dances and performances from diverse Islamic states. Different old time huts with a range of Sharjah's old time cultural jewellery, paintings, utensils, kitchennette items, mountain and marine memoirs are worth seeing. Must visit Bait Al Naboodah house, which depicts vintage cultural norms of Sharjah. Inside food street you will find traditional Arabic food items and delicacies. You will also find various Islamic countries' enclosures like Yemen, Karzagystan etc exhibiting their cultural foods, perfumes, jewellery and gift items. Rest rooms are spread across the area.

Visited Sharjah Heritage Festival 2021 at Heart of Sharjah, and it is indeed an amazing experience to know the culture and heritage of Ajman UAE, a Day well spent, the kids had the at most fun, there are a lot of activities for the kids and the volunteers are very friendly and supportive.

Arabic food counters, traditional items shops, Arabic dances, and various other activities.

well maintained with Covid regulations, Social distancing and face mask mandatory,

Great as always...showed people from RAK around the museums. Went to Bait Al Naboodah House for first time, very well renovated and super interesting displays and videos about the Al Naboodah family and the pearl industry.
