Worst service ever, I ordered chicken charcoal @ 11.56 and after 1 hrs 40 minutes still order is not delivered . Called multiple times and every time they said 5 minutes.

Heights of cheating is that they even said ordered was delivered to you when no one came to my place. Upon insisting they said we will send it again

I even asked if I ordered and they didn't deliver to me whom they delivered?

Angels or in heaven.

Such a horrendous and pathetic service.

Will never order to go to this cafeteria/restaurant and will never recommend anyone.

Such a shame and full of liars ????

Okay I have been here 5 times already in a weeks time and it’s time to review!!

It is just 2 mints drive from the place I stay, the food in here is so fresh and unique. Their burgers are amazing specially double zinger burger. Bubble teas are amazing as well. I usually stop by at the restaurant and pick up food and had to wait for sometime but it’s worth waiting. Very reasonably priced fast food place in the city.

The staff is really what has me coming back. Specially the lady who works in there. This location has great set of people working, they are wonderful and always hardworking.

A lot to tell but I leave the rest of the experience to you!

Strongly recommended!

Yesterday we ordered half charcoal chicken , we all had food poison , loose motion and other exhausting feel , they’re using very low quality foodstuffs, I’m not recommending it, totally disappointed ????

I ordered ahead through smiles app a very simple order of quarter grilled chicken and omelette poratta to be picked up at the restaurant. I arrive there 15 mins after the order is accepted and inform them that I am here to pick up the order. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes and whenever I ask they tell me it will be 5 mins. At the end I found out they delivered it to my house even though I specified it was a pickup order. Now the food is cold at home and I am not going home for at least 4 more hours. If this happened once I would have let it go but this happened multiple times. I blame both the restaurant and smiles app for wasting my money.

They ignore your message on whatsup and your call its the warst delivery experience

Worst customer service, I ordered Mix grill which was not fresh, Mango milkshake was amazing & Pomegranate juice was epic, they actually made it with milk which had already turned into curd. After complaining that it can't be digested with milk they refuse to replace it and I have to pay for that. Strictly not recommended if you love yourself????

I order shawarma and the guy first went to wrong flat then I called them, they told me to go and check your flat number the attitude was very rude of both the cashier and the driver. Branch al tawoon time 7:30. And also their food quality is getting low I would never suggest hot burger to anyone.
