I eat pizza almost every week from pizza hut. But today I had a very bad experience from the Al Majaz waterfront park pizza hut . Not only they served us with undercooked food but also they insulted us with some arabic words which they thought we won’t understand. When i asked them about this, they started to argue with silly reasons thinking that it’s our first time eating a pizza.
Never had such bad food from the pizza hut before.
They should work on their customer service too.

The pizza was not cooked well. We could feel the dough sticking under the toppings. Even the drinks served had a different taste
When we complained about this, the staff started abusing us in Arabic thinking that we wouldn't understand Very bad and hateful behaviour from the staff

I ordered BBQ chicken stuffed crust large and supreme medium pizza with stuffed crust around it, the pizza was very dry and there was no cheese around it, and when I ate two pieces, I had a stomach ache and this pain continued for a whole day. Al Khan Pizza, it's interesting that two managers were there at the same time, which can't be true, and both managers didn't even try to explain??? When a customer complains about the bad quality of a branch, does Pizza Hut just connect the phone to the department or follow up to see if the problem is resolved? There was no follow-up in my case and I did not receive a response.. I give Pizza Hut, especially this branch, a zero and this is the second time that they do not provide pizza with the standard.

If you want to just sit , you can choose this place. Please don’t order anything from here. They serving the worst pizza in a great presentation ???? and next point for the management, please inform your arab staffs, the arabic language is not only for them. Some peoples from another country they can understand the arabic also. We are in that group. So tell to them behave like a human not like brainless animal.✌️???? Pizza Hut, Al Majaz

Not organized at all, I made an order online to pick it up from this branch, it took them one and half hour to prepare it!! Anyway the quality of the pizza was good

I visit the coop most days. Its great for parking. The staff in the shop and the post office are brilliant. They all help you. There a brilliant team.
Especially leanne Eilbeck. It dosnt matter what day you go in ,she's always got a smile.
The staff are what makes the coop at Cleatormoor a better place to go in.

I have been to this Co-op in Cleator Moor several times since moving to the area in 2020.

Parking is great, with a good range of recycling containers as you leave the car park.

Trolleys, baskets and cleaning products are just inside the main doors. The store is a good size, clean with friendly staff. There is an excellent range of items and the use by/best before dates on many of the items is very good.

This store also has a good size Post Office.

Expensive to shop there each time plus the fact that some of the staff can be rude and unprofessional really begs the question, why bother going there.

I think Co-op have cornered the market in the local supermarket. I've had nothing but good experiences in a number of stores. This one matches that good feel. The range and quality of products is really good for a store of this size.

One thing that will date this review - their COVID arrangements are really good as well; one way system, perspex screens and clearly marked spacings for the queue. If you're ready this and are confused, they were simpler times!

Hands down THE most expensive supermarket and the tills are never open, everybody has to queue at the little service area where the tobacco is sold. God help anyone with a trolley, it's just a really uncomfortable customer experience as you feel as if you're holding everyone up behind you. Staff are nice on the whole though.

Incredibly expensive, I realise this is not the fault of this particular store but rather the company as a whole. The staff were friendly but the over all price difference we noticed between the coop and our usual weekly shop was immense, from our usual £60-£80 in asda or tesco to £105 in the coop this was for less shopping I might add.

Great place not just for picking up missed bits and pieces. Very large shop loads of products in it and at reasonable prices
