This garage was recommended to me by a friend stating that they specialise in BMW cars. I took my BMW X3 with an issue of rear LEDs not working (3 out of 4). The car was returned after 1 day with only 1 LED light fixed. When I asked about the other 2 LEDs on the tailgate, Praem tried to convince me that LEDs on tailgate are rear fog lights and not running light. I really doubt their claims of being BMW specialist garage after my recent experience with them. Or may be this is just their way of making money out of the customers.
This was my first and the last visit to them.
BE CAREFUL BEFORE VISITING THEM..!!

Best place for BMW. Busy garage.

I would say they are good mechanics in engine and all mechanical side.

When it is electronics or computer no. They are below my expectations.

Also better you buy parts and ask them to fix it. They have big margin in spares.

Absolutely brilliant. They have been looking after my 2001 BMW 750Li. I have been taking it from Al Ain. Great people, great work, great prices. Can't recommend them highly enough. I don't let anyone else touch my car

Had a very bad experience , I had a problem with my steering during the heavy rains , they said the rack and pinion should be changed and I asked them to do it , however after 2 days the same problem started again.
I went after 2 days , Prem said it will be fine , however I had to take to other garage to get it fixed.

The best BMW aftermarket shop around. They've looked after my 10 year old 330 perfectly. Highly recommend. The car will come back needing cleaning however, something they need to work on.
